Here is the
Church where Barry went brass rubbing. The main scenes where
filmed inside the Church. It is the Church of St. John the
Baptiste in Stanford on Soar.
Here is the Asda
where Neville, Barry, Moxey and Oz went shopping for
sleeping bags, groceries, beer and bog roll.
As you can see it has been completely rebuilt (several times
in fact).
This is the West Bridgford branch of the supermarket.
Here is the
Transport Cafe where Moxey hitched south to Kilburn. This is
Clifton Transport Cafe, Wilford Lane, Clifton Bridge, Notts.
As you can see, the larger sign no longer remains.
"Howld on, can
we not have a cup of tea?". Here is the 'Wovlerhampton'
motel, where the lads stayed while doing up Barry's House.
This is the Forte Post House at Sandiacre, Nottingham.
Slight changes have been made to the facia, but otherwise,
the location remains the same as it did in 1986.
Here is the police station where
Oz and Barry were taken, after being caught trout poaching.
It is situated on Queen Street, in the Leicestershire
village of Bottesford.
