Synopsis - As Barry begins to realise his house will not be
done up in time for his wedding, he sends out six SOSs and
the lads, bar Oz, come running. Wayne phones Barry from the
motorway to say that he is coming, Bomber also lets Barry
know over the phone. Dennis and Neville just went down to
surprise him, and Moxey escapes from prison and breaks in to
Barry's house while they are all at the pub and waits for
them inside in case he is recognised by any passing police.

2. The return

Synopsis - Dennis' forced return to Newcastle leads to a
reunion with Oz, and when he returns to Wolverhampton with
news of work in Derbyshire, he has Oz in tow, reuniting the
magnificant seven for the first time since Dusselldorf.

Synopsis - The lad's arrival at Thornley manor provokes a
small police investigation, and the local bar owner takes a
distinct disliking to them.

4. Another
country.

Synopsis - The lads have to stop working on the Thornley
manor conversion when it arises that it is a listed
building, and to make matters worse, the lads have been
kicked out of their lodgings due to Waynes 'sexploits' with
the landlords daughter.

5. A home
from home.

Synopsis - After searching the village high and low for
accommodation, the lads realise that ex-landlord Arthur
Pringle has bad mouthed them to all the other guest house
owners and they are forced to squat in the manor. It is
while they are renovating the manors basement that the find
two videos, one of which is an amateur porn film starring
guess who?... Arthur Pringle. Blackmail time one thinks.

6. Cowboys.

Synopsis - The seven become eight as they are joined by a
new member, Harry Blackburn, a plumber, crazy on country and
western music. The truth comes out about Dennis' debts and
the lads all go on strike. Ally, annoyed to here of this
sends in his toughest boys to sort them out. The eight
builders of course, show them the road back to the North
East.

7. No sex

Synopsis - The lads get more motivated to finish work as
Ally wants them to extend the swimming pool in his Spanish
villa. Arthur gets his own back on Wayne by shopping him to
customs and excise for not paying import duty on his car.
Although when the lads got back Waynes car and finished the
job at the manor, they bricked up Pringles front door and
phoned him early in the morning singing "Wall meet again".

8. Marjorie
doesn't live here anymore.

Synopsis - When Oz returns home he is horrified to discover
that his family has moved on and he no longer has a tenancy
on his flat. Anxious about his son Rod, he tracks him down
to his school where he learns that Marjorie and Sandro, her
boyfriend, are taking Rod to live in Italy. It takes Brenda
and two bottles of plonk to get Marjorie to allow Oz to see
Rod and say goodbye.

9. Hasta la
vista.

Synopsis - After getting all fired up for Spain and getting
through customs, Dennis gets a phone call from Ally in the
departure lounge saying they are not going yet due to
complications. These are all sorted out, and they fly out
that weekend, pretending to be tourists and sharing a plane
with the Spennymoor and district senior citizens society.

10. Scoop.
Originally Broadcast 25-4-1986
Synopsis - The lads arrive, at last and after many
difficulties, in Spain. The lads check in to their hotel,
some of them with mixed opinions. The lads decide to try out
the local 'action', but find none. They then return to the
hotel to find out that the action is actually happening
their, with a massive party for the pensioners, which is
quite boisterous. When the lads arrive at what they think is
Ally's villa, they decide to go nude swimming in his pool.
It was of course not Ally's villa, but the villa of a very
posh upper class English couple, who of course report this
to the local policia. Then a British journalist gets the
wrong idea about the lads, splashing them all over the Fleet
street papers.

Synopsis - Ally has given the lads two days off work to
reinforce the impression that they are just tourists. Ally
realises that his dodgy dealings may have earned him a
permanent residency in Marbella.

Synopsis - With Hazel having arrived in Spain, Barry can
start to try and work out his wedding plans. Meanwhile Ally
tries to work out a way of smuggling his money in to Spain
without the customs sussing him out. Could a wedding on
Kenny Aimes' yacht be the answer to his problems?

13. Quo vadis
pet.
Originally Broadcast 16-5-1986
Synopsis - Dennis finally gets one up on Ally Fraser, and he
uses it completely to his advantage. With Ally in Tangiers,
Oz makes the most of the Glasweigans girlfriend Vicki. Barry
gets fired up for his wedding, having decided to have six
best men, Bet you cannot guess who they are. The night
before the wedding, Oz wins the Spanish lottery, and
celebrates in Style. Barry and Hazel wed out at sea, and
Ally turns up on another boat. Meanwhile yet another boat
draws in on them. The customs. In a panic, Ally and Kenny
make for Tangiers, with several unofficial passengers. And
this is where we finally leave the magnificant seven, once
more ending with them, this time all of them, advancing the
ocean to another country.
